🌟 瀨尿蝦肉炒蛋白 Mantis Shrimp meat with Scrambled Egg White (limited). HKD $238, fairly smooth even for a wet market food stall, non greasy too. Mantis Shrimp meat only had OK sweet flavor, but overall its great with rice or the Melba toasts they serve it with.
Me & friend were saying, some famous shops in HK make similar dishes way worse but offload it like a premium dish. 城中有些 無良炒鮮奶, 好似有人飲大咗唔小心嘔返出黎俾客咁.. 🤢🤮 如果上到順德畀 D 師傅見到, 真係會好似欖仁咁用把刀拍扁你都得～!
